We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
Used products, damaged items due to misuse, or items returned after 15 days are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
